Designed as a technology-enabled advisory environment, Conselo aims to combine organizational assessments, transformation planning, decision-support tools, and AI-assisted analysis to help businesses evaluate opportunities, understand implementation challenges, and make more informed technology investments.
The platform is intended to support the consulting process with structured insights and practical transformation planning rather than treating AI adoption as an isolated technology initiative.

Product Vision & AI Transformation Strategy
Defining the product vision, advisory use cases, transformation methodology, and technology direction. Connecting practical enterprise AI challenges with the design of assessment tools, decision-support capabilities, and an extensible consulting platform architecture.
